When I was a little girl, I treasured the moments I spent baking with my big sister. Now, fifteen years later and about to graduate college, I've realized that baking is more than a hobby. I have always loved trying new recipes and making someone smile with a freshly baked something. One day, I hope to open my very own brick and mortar bakery, but this is a great place to start.
This is just the beginning.
One day, I'm going to be a fully trained and qualified pastry chef but until then I'm making do with what I can teach myself. This blog will chronicle all of my baking adventures from here on out. I don't post as often as I'd like, but then again I don't bake as often as I'd like either.
